Learn the skills to easily access variations of crow pose, flying crow and handstand.

Balance the musculature around the shoulder joint to stay safe and strong in your practice!

Build upon the themes of part 1 – One pose leads to another. Revisit simpler postures like reclined and standing twists to train the circuitry for side-crow and headstand variations.
