POWER

This yoga class aims to cultivate mental resilience, physical endurance, and a sense of balance on and off the mat. Come prepared to sweat, explore your limits, and leave feeling both energized and centered. This class is geared towards intermediate practitioners.

FLOW

This yoga class style is challenging yet accessible to all levels, offering a harmonious blend of movement and breath. Expect a balanced sequence of poses designed to increase flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Flow classes will keep you moving and inspired as each class is unique to the teacher guiding you through the practice. This class is all-levels and accessible to beginners.

Core

This yoga class style is an innovative blend of functional core movements & yoga intended to challenge your practice. Expect mindful breathing with dynamic poses specifically designed to enhance your overall strength moving from a strong resilient core.

Yin

This yoga class style offers balance, not only to our bodies, but in our minds. This class enables us to process all of the roadblocks that life hands us, both mentally and physically. Come relax and experience the value of connecting to your breath. This class is accessible to all levels.

Ritual

This practice is rooted in creating affirmation and rewiring not just our bodies, but our minds. Including a blend of Mat Pilates, cardio, and strength, we move with purposeful repetition, all synced to the beat and often incorporating equipment to deepen the challenge. Between the physical experience, we pause and turn inward, using stillness to reconnect to ourselves. We close with a heart-opening track, sealing the practice as a personal ritual — an affirmation, a rewiring. More than a workout, it’s a full-body and full-heart reset. (*not yoga)

Beats

This invigorating yoga class style offers a celebratory twist to our practice by blending dynamic poses with energetic music and positive vibes. A music-infused class that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired. This class is set to loud music and accessible to all levels.

PULSE

Pulse is our signature Mat Pilates class built on form, precision and intentional movement. We target small muscle groups, lengthen and strengthen through slow and controlled sequences, and incorporate functional movement for real results. With a blend of traditional and contemporary Mat Pilates, equipment and music, this full-body class is all about building deep and intelligent strength on the mat and feeling it long after you leave.

SLOW FLOW & YIN

This gentle yoga class combines the fluidity of a flow with the stillness & meditative elements of yin into one practice. Expect to leave feeling relaxed, tranquil and stretched out. This slower-paced and gentle class is accessible for all levels.

RECOVERY

Whether it’s from a lot of yoga, gym, sport specific or recovery from surviving the day to day life demands, this class is designed to target tissue and nervous system repair and adaptations. The class uses a combination of active recovery, passive recovery, MFR and shorter held static poses to support mobility, circulation, rehydration, anti inflammatory and nervous system regulation. Myofascial release balls will be available for class, but if you would like to bring your own, 2 MFR balls of the same size and a block would be helpful for class.
