Your teacher
With over a decade of experience, Genevieve has been teaching yoga and leading yoga teacher training's in Ottawa and internationally. Genevieve is passionate about facilitating environments for inner reflection and growth, offering students the experiential tools to connect body-mind-spirit through practice. Genevieve’s love for yoga meditation, eastern philosophy and TCM was inspired in her early twenties living for extensive periods of her life in Asia. She now specializes her teachings in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness, with emphasis on approaching the practice through the eastern approach of somatic healing.
