The Super New Moon in Taurus invites us to ground into our truth and align with the power of our voice. This session is an opportunity to clear the throat chakra—releasing unspoken words, stagnant energy, and the fears that keep us from expressing ourselves fully.
Through intentional breathwork, we’ll explore how our words shape our reality. How the stories we tell—out loud and within—create the world around us. This is a space to reconnect with your authentic voice. To clear, to open, to speak with clarity and confidence. Join us as we breathe into self-expression and step into the creative power of our words.
Breathwork is an active meditation that clears emotional residue, moves energy, and releases stored emotions. It leaves you feeling lighter, more open, and attuned to your intuition.
The workshop begins with a guided meditation and sharing exercise to help participants identify what needs to shift/heal in their lives and their intentions for the session. You will then find a comfortable position lying down and be guided through the Breathwork for 35-40 minutes, all set to a cosmic soundtrack, and ending with deep relaxation.

Breathwork has been a life-changing practice for her—one that helps move through limiting beliefs, strengthen intuition, and bring people into greater alignment with nature. She believes we all have the capacity to heal, and with the right tools, anything is possible.
