The event will blend mindful movement, guided meditation, engaging conversations, and community bonding with a powerful lineup of women supporting one another. This will be a day to not only honour your body and mind but also to lift up and empower those around you. Whether you’re seeking self-care, personal growth, or just a place to connect with like-minded women, this day is for you.
Event Schedule:
+ Opening Circle – Connection to Breath & Heart Space (4pm - 4:10pm)
We begin by grounding ourselves with a heart-centered self-love meditation. This practice will set the tone for the day and guide us into a space of connection, mindfulness, and inner peace. Led by Anna, the meditation will allow you to drop into your body and prepare for the day’s journey.
+ Movement Class (4:10pm - 4:45pm)
Get ready to move, sweat, and empower yourself in a heated Ritual Strength class. This dynamic practice will combine yoga-inspired flow with strength-building pilates movements using weights and props. It’s designed to activate the body, boost energy, and leave you feeling strong, powerful, and balanced. Expect a high-energy workout with moments of mindfulness to cultivate self-love through physical movement.
+ Cold Aromatherapy Towels & Savasana (4:45pm - 4:55pm)
After the intense flow, cool down with a refreshing cold aromatherapy towel for your face to refresh and relax. Sink into Savasana (final resting pose) as you soften, with live ambient music creating a calming atmosphere.
+ Reflective Mindfulness & Yin (4:55pm - 5:30pm)
Take a moment for inner reflection and journaling with guided prompts designed to activate the mind and stir self-awareness. Explore questions centered around personal growth, self-love, and empowerment.
+ Empowering Women Panel: Own Your Voice, Confidence & Self-Belief Time (5:30pm - 6pm)
Join a panel discussion featuring guest speakers Amber Stratton and Ashley Shewchuk, where we’ll dive into powerful topics surrounding owning your voice, cultivating confidence, and believing in your own potential. This conversation will explore practical tips, real-life stories, and advice to help you step into your power as a woman in today’s world.
+ Q&A & Community Interaction (6pm - 6:30pm)
Open the floor for questions and discussion, allowing participants to engage, share experiences, and seek advice. A space to connect and reflect together as a community of empowered women.
+ Social Hour (6:30pm - 7:30pm)
To close out the event, we will ease into a relaxed social hour, enjoy delicious light refreshments, and enjoy live music while connecting with other like-minded women.
