Join us as we gather in the deepening days leading to Samhain, standing at the threshold between worlds.
Samhain marks a time of endings and beginnings, when the veil thins, and we honour the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. It is a moment for reflection, release, and transformation.
We will combine the ancient wisdom of Breathwork with the heart-opening medicine of Cacao. Through the breath, we connect to our inner selves, awakening our life force and releasing what no longer serves us. Cacao, known as the "Food of the Gods," will support this journey—softening, opening, and healing our hearts as we set intentions for the new cycle.
Each session begins with 25 minutes of Breathwork, followed by 5-10 minutes of rest and integration. You may then choose to remain in meditation (accompanied by music), or dedicate the last 15 minutes to channeled writing or creative expression. In each session, one participant will have the opportunity to share their creation with the group.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to cleanse the body of emotional residue. It moves energy and facilitates the release of emotions such as anger, grief, and sadness. Breathwork will leave you feeling softer, more open, and less burdened, with a lightness in mind and body, allowing you to make decisions from a more intuitive space. I will lovingly guide you through this experience, all set to a cosmic soundtrack.
